Tele-Optometry Care
CFHC tele-optometry connects patients with eye-care support through a virtual visit. On-site team members help collect the information and screening results needed for the remote evaluation, while the eye-care provider reviews findings and explains next steps.
Services focus on vision screening, eye-health assessment, follow-up guidance, and referrals when a comprehensive in-person examination or specialty care is needed. CFHC does not provide contact lens services.
