Refills, Payment & Delivery

Our team helps coordinate refills, payment expectations, claims, copay support options, and delivery timing to avoid delays.

Refills

  • A team member typically contacts you several days before your refill due date.
  • You can also call the pharmacy to request refills and speak with pharmacy personnel.

Payment & Copay Assistance

  • We will inform you of out-of-pocket costs not covered by insurance.
  • Copay is due at the time of shipping or pickup; major cards are accepted.
  • We can help explore assistance programs when available.

Insurance Claims

  • Claims are submitted when prescriptions are filled.
  • If a claim is rejected, we will notify you to resolve the issue.
  • If we are out-of-network, we will help identify where your prescription can be filled.

Delivery

  • Delivery to home and mail order are available.
  • We coordinate delivery timing and confirm the delivery date/time before shipment.
  • If a disaster is anticipated, contact us early so therapy is not interrupted.

  • Receive information about product selection and options if a medication is not available.
  • Request and receive current information about condition, treatment options, and risks.
  • Speak to a health professional and identify staff roles/titles.
  • Receive information about delays and help obtaining medication elsewhere if needed.
  • Decline participation or disenroll from the Patient Management Program at any time.
Your Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate clinical and contact information and update changes.
  • Notify your clinician and pharmacy of side effects or complications.
  • Submit required forms as applicable.
